Профиль микроРНК у женщин с инсомнией в менопаузе: пилотное исследование
The microRNA profile in the blood plasma of menopausal women with insomnia (according to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire) was studied in two stages with 15 participants in each and an interval of 12 months. Both stages involved 12 women, and no transition from one group to another was detected in the second stage of the study. More than 4000 microRNAs and their isoforms were detected in the groups. It was found that only miR-412-5p significantly differed between the comparison groups, both in the first and second stages of the study ( p < 0,05). Analysis of metabolic pathways showed that three miR-412-5p target genes - FUT4 , FUT1 , and ST3GAL6 - are included in the Glycosphingolipid biosynthesis - lacto and neolacto series (hsa00601) pathway ( p = 0,87 × 10-16). It can be suggested that miR-412-5p represents a promising target for the development of treatments for insomnia.
