The article presents a theoretical justification for the Procedure for organizing and conducting the defense of academic
and professional pathway (trajectory) projects, known under the short title “Kamchatka. Trajectory of the Future”. This practice is a key way to implement the social impact project in the field of education in Kamchatka Krai titled “Forming Socially Positive Academic and Professional Pathways of Students of General Education Institutions of Kamchatka Krai through Network-Based Interaction” (2023–2026). The article proposes building career guidance with students in grades
8–9 and 10–11 on the basis of research and project activities.
