Современное состояние и перспективы развития научно-исследовательской культуры в современной российской педагогике
The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state of research culture in Russian pedagogy and the prospects for its development. The introduction emphasizes the relevance of the problem caused by changes in the requirements to scientific research and publication activity. Both internal and external factors that have affected pedagogical research culture, including changes in the educational system and scientific policy after the 1990s, are discussed. The author notes that since the late 20th century, Russian pedagogy has experienced dramatic changes, when fundamental scientific research began to give way to author's pedagogical concepts and design, which in combination with other factors - socio-political, economic, etc. - negatively affected the quality of scientific works. The state of pedagogical research and dissertations is critically evaluated, highlighting their formalism and lack of methodological rigor. The article also addresses issues of research ethics, pointing out prevalent violations such as plagiarism and data falsification, and asserts the necessity for the establishment of ethical regulators. In conclusion, the article proposes ways to enhance the research culture, including the development of research regulations, the advancement of ethical and methodological expertise, the creation of research centers, and the improvement of communication with the international scientific community. The author believes that restoring high standards of scientific activity will contribute to elevating the status of pedagogy as a science
