The monograph is devoted to the legal aspects of preserving traditional family values in the Russian Federation. The formation of the family as a legal institution is considered in the context of the development of the state-legal system of Russia both at the present stage and in historical retrospect. Attention is paid to the peculiarities of public-law protection of family interests and family values. The authors made an attempt to present the administrative-legal mechanism of counteraction to offenses in the sphere of protection of family interests, where special emphasis is made on the issues of domestic violence. The study of social and financial support of the family in the modern Russian state is of interest. A number of problems are highlighted, vectors of further development of the family as a socio-cultural and legal phenomenon are outlined. The monograph is intended for researchers, teachers, postgraduates, students, all those interested in the family as a legal institution, its formation, development and protection in Russia.
