This edition of “New Horizons of International Arbitration” collects articles and reports of the speakers at the “Russian Arbitration Day 2025” conference, held in Moscow on 13 May 2025, one of the most successful arbitration events in Russia (https://rad. legalacademy.ru/en). This is the eighth collection of articles and reports for this conference. The previous seven collections of articles, also titled “New Horizons in International Arbitration”, were published in 2013–2015, 2018–2020 and 2022. The articles and reports in this book were selected through a rigorous competitive process conducted by the moderators of “Russian Arbitration Day 2025”. The selection criteria, in decreasing order of importance, included: novelty; significant theoretical research of the topic; practical value of the study; other relevant factors. These diverse articles and reports represent new approaches to the development of both practice and academic studies in international commercial and investment arbitration in Russia and abroad. This collection is designed for arbitrators and practicing lawyers, judges, academics and other researchers, lecturers, postgraduate students, and students of legal universities and faculties. It is also intended for anyone with an interest in international commercial and investment arbitration.
