Spotlighting the Trends in the Inclusive Education Research in Nigeria

The current trends, problems and prospects in the field of inclusive education in Nigeria are shown on a base of the materials of a systematic analysis of the largest international periodicals. The analysis revealed some gaps in the field of scientific research concerning a number of aspects of inclusive education in Nigeria. Existing research in international journals focuses on disability, while the authors ignore issues of gender, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, and other dimensions of social exclusion.
