The chain of conflicts with the armed component will continue, and many of the contradictions that were under control will enter an active phase. This is natural in the context of the general crisis of the restriction system. Hence the increased role of military force, which is certain today and inevitable tomorrow. But, as extensive experience has already shown, military force is only one element of the total power of the state. And although it now seems that he is breaking into leading positions, the final hierarchy of these components may look different. Rather, the key role is given to the ability of countries to strengthen resilience, avoiding being drawn into direct, exhausting confrontation, replacing it with any other forms of rivalry. In other words, the more hybrid a proxy war is, the more extensive the response opportunities it provides. The ability to cut the Gordian knot with a powerful blow is at least not obvious, since it contradicts the nature of established international relations.
