This volume represents the proceedings of the 2024 IEEE 7th Eurasian Conference on Educational Innovation (IEEE ECEI 2024). This conference was organized by Kasetsart University (Thailand), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), International Institute of Knowledge Innovation and Invention (IIKII), and held January 26–28, 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand. The theme of this conference is Educational Innovations and Emerging Technologies. During the conference, there will be sufficient time to present and discuss ideas. This proceedings volume selected many papers from IEEE ECEI 2024 including many IEEE-related fields as follows: Artificial Intelligence on Educational Innovations; Emerging Technologies on Components, Circuits, Devices & Systems; Bioengineering; Computing & Processing (Hardware/Software); Photonics & Electro-Optics; Power, Energy, & Industry Applications; Robotics & Control Systems. A major objective of this proceedings volume is to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration between educators and experts from other fields in academics and industry, as well as to facilitate international networking.
