Successful GR practices for promoting the interests of Russian business in Saudi Arabia on the example of the agro-industrial complex

The article is devoted to the search for effective GR practices that can be applied by Russian business to promote economic interests in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In the context of expanding economic cooperation with the countries of the Middle East, it is advisable for Russian companies to develop cooperation with companies from Saudi Arabia, the largest economy in the Middle East, three times the size of the UAE economy. Monitoring of GR practices for 2023 shown that Saudi Arabia has built effective mechanisms for interaction between executive authorities and foreign suppliers and investors. Such GR practices as participation in industry exhibitions, business missions, opening branches and representative offices, and official meetings with local officials and clergy allow interacting with authorities. The purpose of the article is to summarize the successful experience of Russian agricultural companies operating in the Kingdom and, based on it, to give recommendations to enterprises in other industries on the application of effective GR practices for working with Saudi authorities.
