The article presents the analysis of anti-corruption policy as a function of management and the conceptual-legal basis of administrative activity in the sphere of counteraction of corruption. Sets out the fundamental ideas of a political nature (principles) in management impact on corruption.
Hi-tech innovative alliances tend to have more key sustainable competitive advantages in comparison with those out of alliance, especially because alliances allow the companies to switch through the partners the financial burdens and intellectual investments in innovations. BRIC make an important input into Gross World Production and its hi-tech industries grow faster than others over developing countries. However companies of these industries still lack internal resources of innovative and technological facilities, e.g. Russian companies, because of that alliances (usually, international anв transnational) acquire more and more popularity. Alliances give the access towards resources and competences of the direct and indirect partners. The paper describes the empirical evidence of alliances efficiency factors and its influence on the high-tech companies of India and China. This evidence can be replicable to some extent and useful to the development of Russian companies. According to the testing results it is possible to assume, that efficiency of alliances has the significant impact on the corporate value in the mid-term. The crisis has significant impact on the observable dependencies.

The author analyzes regulation of anti-corruption compliance in BRICS countries and application of these norms in companies. He also gives general overview of main obligations of companies, requirements for the development of the Code of business ethics, Anti - corruption policy, main anti – corruption standards and procedures, the system of risk – assessment and identification of suspicious transactions. The author also pays special attention to the international legal regulation of anti-corruption compliance and to the UK and US anti-corruption laws which have transnational application.

The effect of conceptual flexibility involves inclusion of attributes that are irrelevant to the formed category in the concept and their further handling where required. The previous studies show that the conceptual flexibility effect arises while performing feature inference tasks and doesn’t arise while performing classification tasks. In the last case attention becomes too focused on one attribute. In the study the hypothesis according to which the conceptual flexibility effect may arise while performing classification tasks is tested on a sample of students (N=60). As this take place objects with attributes that are functionally connected and potentially related to semantic knowledge of the students are used as stimuli.
