The paper is devoted to revealing the problems of professional teaching managers in the field of business planning and the ways of solving them. It соnsiders the Russian and foreign experience of teaching business planning. The distinctive features of this discipline are defined and key problems соnnected with the professional teaching business planning are revealed. New approaches in adult education are studied in the article. Specific particularities of instructors' professional activities in business-education are determined by the author. Special attention is given to the active methods of education in the adults' education process.
The article is focused upon business education students perceptions of career success and its determinants. Empirical base of research is formed by a survey of 222 business school students in the three Universities of Moscow, attending MBA, EMBA and DBA programs. The students are classified into five groups on the basis of their perceptions of success. These groups also differ by perceptions of success determinants, ethical principles and by motivation behind joining an MBA program.
