How to make a decision ‘go-not-go’ to organizational changes project

P. 376-388.
Tsipes G. L., Кузьмищев А. В., Чепайкин А. Н.
The inevitability of organizational changes in the company is dictated by many causes - the logic of the company life cycle, competition in the market, the state of the economy. Organizational changes may be global as new business unit allocation, or not so global. But in all cases, such projects face a lot of risks because of two factors: the objectives of the organizational change projects are usually not clearly defined and can be changed during the project; on the other hand, the methods of changes implementation are often either not initially defined, or need of constant refinement during the project. These problems are particularly critical for large corporations, which have no shortage of ideas and proposals for restructuring, but the risks increase in proportion.
