The efficiency of coping behaviour in a situation of an organizational conflict is considered in the article. 187 (95 women and 92 men), whose average age was 32 participated in our research. R.Schwarzer and M.Jerusalem’s questionnaire of generalized self-efficacy and E.Heim’s technique defining types of coping behaviour were used. Author’s semi-structured interview was also used. Our research testifies that self-efficiency of a person in an organizational conflict is connected with using of adaptive variants of emotional and behavioural coping-strategies and refusing of non-adaptive cognitive coping-strategies.
In the scientific and methodological paper presents the logic of developing a new course «Organizing konfliktmenedzhment»; revealed structural features of organizational conflict, developed a schematic diagram of conflictological competence manager in human resources management.
