Current paper brings into consideration the issue of building and developing customer relations in emerging Russian market. Usually multinational companies enter Russian market and try to apply here their business solutions developed in mature markets. Many researchers argue that emerging markets require customer education rather than customer orientation. We develop a complex model of customer orientation and relationship development and test it on the Russian subsidiaries of Finnish construction companies. Qualitative study based on in-depth interviews with middle- and top-managers suggests that processes of customer relations differ dramatically from those established in European market.

The paper considers the features of selecting the teaching illustrative material for the theoretical part of a multimedia textbook on Russian as a foreign language, and describes the peculiarities of compiling a set of exercises on the basis of the National Corpus of the Russian Language. The author(s) analysed in detail the difficulties caused by working with the National Corpus of the Russian Language for educational purposes and problems emerged in the process of working on a project aimed at creating an electronic textbook "The Russian verb. Word formation". Technology of electronic textbook was created, which is used for learning foreign language. The helpful tool tip was added in the textbook. It was compounded with grammatical information and English translation for each separated word.

Сloud computing is treated by most of the experts as one of the main trends of information technologies development for forthcoming years. In present article we focus on general overview of the main aspects of cloud computing services legal regime in Russia. Such aspects include, inter alia, intellectual property and contract law matters, taxation issues, execution of the agreements, warranties and representations under cloud computing agreements and personal data regulations.
