In the report the results of investigations of structural changes on a surface and in near-surface layers of samples from steel 20Cr13 (Rus.) and a titanic alloy of PT-3V (Rus) after each stage of creation of the strengthening mineral blanket  on the offered technology have been presented. Use of an electrospark alloying, application of pressure and ultrasonic processing in total caused an effect of volume compression of both base metal and a mineral in a zone of plastic deformation. As a result of this investigation it has been showed that use of the described processing method for various samples allowed to increase the hardness of  metallic surface more than twice. The technology can be used for increase the tribotechnical properties of details, units and mechanisms of the turbine, pump, mountain equipment which are exposed to the increased wear in various operational conditions.
