Компетентностный подход как естественный этап обновления содержания образования
The monograph reflects a new look at the professional training of students of managers in a modern society with the use of project activities. Based on a detailed theoretical analysis of existing approaches to project activities, analysis of domestic and foreign practice of implementing project activities in the university, the author suggests the concept of organization of project activities in the process of professional training of management bachelors.
The monograph is addressed to teachers of higher education, post-graduate students, students of retraining and advanced training of scientific and pedagogical staff, heads of educational institutions of higher education.
This paper examines the main approaches to the creation of modern foreign language courses”. The authors analyzed approaches to teaching Chinese language, existing in Russia and abroad. Presented results were already obtained in the process of implementing an educational project of the Higher School of Economics named "Speak freely". According to the results of this work authors selected the methodological approach that best suits the purpose of the course. It has been found an effective solution to combine these approaches in a single discipline "Practice of verbal communication in Chinese", that mainly aimed at developing students' communicative competence.
The article shows the need for a fundamentally new mechanism for
managing the development of labor potential of the innovation economy. The author describes the innovative labor potential which is based on scientific and human resources, and reveals the innovative features of β-labor, and determines the specificity of creative abilities of the individual. The article emphasizes the importance of the institutional environment for the development of innovative labor potential. In particular the author concerns such an efficient organizational form as a scientific and educational center.
A retrospective analysis of the scientific-educational centers formed on the basis of the Program “Fundamental Research and Education” as well as analysis of scientific and educational centers supported by the Federal Target Program “Research and scientific-pedagogical cadres of Innovative Russia” for 2009–2013 were represented. Based on the South Korean model of integration of science, education and industry in the preparation of innovative personnel (in the Korean Polytechnic University) the author provides advice on effective use of foreign experience of training innovative personnel in the implementation of competency approach to education in scientific-educational centers.
