Трансфер социогуманитарного научного знания: от исследования к разработке
In the decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of 2024, No. 309 and No. 145, national challenges, goals and development priorities were defined. Universities must respond to them, and the creation of technology and knowledge transfer centers is one of the necessary elements of their development strategy. The task of such centers is to convert the results of fundamental and applied research into «products» that are in demand by the state, society and the market, as well as to create an entrepreneurial environment within universities and provide support to research teams in cooperation with customers. This is a special challenge for socio-humanitarian disciplines, since «humanities» in principle do not thinkof their research tasks in «product» terminology, and changing the logic of university development requires them to radically rethink the entire research paradigm: supplementing scientometry with real, practically significant results, inclusion in interdisciplinary research teams, and the use of mathematical methods.
