The present paper analyzes the peculiarities and advantages of networking activity of multinational corporations’ (MNC) in modern life. There are many changes in MNCs’ way of doing business could be seen, such as hierarchical relations are giving way to network relationships, foreign direct investment transform to value networks and mergers and acquisitions modify to strategic alliances. The reason is such relationships are more profitable, less risky, and cost not as much as FDI and M&A. In article different kinds of network are investigated and possibility to apply them to MNC is analyzed. Moreover the advantages of networking between MNC and Small and Medium size enterprises are discussed.
