Психологические основы компетентностного подхода в ведомственном образовании: от теории к практике
The monograph describes the formation and development of the competence approach in foreign scientific schools, reveals the essential characteristics of the concepts of "competence" and "competence. The advantages and disadvantages of the approaches chosen by representatives of various schools, to the definition of criteria and methods for diagnosing the competence of specialists are analyzed. Approaches to the classification of competencies/competencies are described. Among the designated varieties, the importance of personal competence of specialists is emphasized. Taking into account the specifics of the activities of the Department of Internal Affairs, the content and structural components of the personal competence of employees of internal affairs bodies are determined. The methodology is substantiated and the structural and functional characteristics of the concept of psychological support for the formation of personal competence of cadets of educational institutions of higher professional education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are described.
