In the paper a method of determination the driver's psycho-emotional state parameters is described. The determination is performed in time domain on the basis of a non-linear integral electrocardiosignal analysis. It is proposed to generate a threshold level dynamically for increase the reliability of time samples parameters determination, taking into account the value of the signal's variation coefficient.
Dependence of the integral evaluation of the human-machine system quality from the parameters of the operator labor organization is modeled based on a simulation model. The simulation model describes employee activities in the form of sequences of work and rest intervals. It is obtained the family of dependencies curves of private quality indicators and integrated assessment of the human-machine system quality from the number of rest intervals at different values of the initial work activity, the intensities of fatigue and recovery of operator.
Model-centric approach to information systems development with multiple modeling languages is discussed. Advantages of domain specific modeling and DSM-platforms are described.
Application of the software for modelling of decoupling condensers in power system circuits of microcircuits is considered. Recommendations about a rational choice of condensers are given.
The review of different approaches to the simulation of the networks-on-chip (NoC) is performed. The simulator of the NoC where the topology is set with the matrix of connections between the routers that manage the traffic by means of the routing tables is developed. The capabilities of the NoC simulator are examined and the results of its approbation by the example of the regular and quasi-optimal NoCs are presented.
MECO-2012 is an attempt to bring together leading engineers, technologists and scientists in the field of embedded computing and related from Mediterranean area and from around the globe. Montenegro does not wish just to show that is a beautiful tourist country, and affable host, but that has also significant scientific and technological potential, and although a geographically small country may play significant role in the world of advanced technologies. Frankly, at the beginning of this project we had not anticipated it will attract so many papers, lectures and presenters, but now we have got more than 100 from more than 30 countries. Since this is our first conference, we are confident that the next, MECO-2013 can do it even better. At the end, we wish to thank all the authors who submitted papers and who have came here to participate in the conference. In article the problem of mechanical processes modelling of radio-electronic designs is considered. It is supposed, that the basic complexity at modelling is made by process of construction of mechanical process model. The review of existing schemes of technologies of construction of modular models is executed. More perfect scheme of the technology which efficiency is shown on a practical example is offered.
The Handbook of CO₂ in Power Systems' objective is to include the state-of-the-art developments that occurred in power systems taking CO₂ emission into account. The primary purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of existing education solutions for IoT and develop proposals for their improvement. The study draws analysis of current conditions of the educational IoT sphere, a comparative analysis of educational products used for teaching of undergraduate students. With that the article describes the architecture of our own software and hardware platform for learning IOT. Moreover, this paper reviews methods and technical instruments employed to design software and hardware appliances.

This article aims at the improvement of the engineer training quality in the field of "computer Science and engineering" using on-line and blended learning technology. We consider studying of modern computers architecture as an example. The complexity of the modeling object, the multi-faceted process of studying the computer architecture, the limited period – are the factors that determine the difficulty of the problem. A computer simulator allows you to explore the stages and features of the calculation process in dynamics with the necessary detail. It can't be done any other way. Also, computer modeling creates a risk-free environment that allows you to safely and repeatedly apply and analyze possible scenarios, decomposition of computer nodes and configuring its components for different modes of operation. This is either impossible to perform on real devices or may result in computer failure under students’ inept actions. The paper discusses the problems of the computer units and devices simulating, the requirements for models in terms of solving educational and research problems. We propose a structure of the simulating complex, visualization methods of computer architecture components and principles of computer system device’s operation, algorithms descriptions of the modeling programs.
Since the computer architecture implies a whole complex of concepts, including functional and structural organization, software and hardware interaction algorithms, the considered simulating complex consists of several simulators: step-by-step operation of the superscalar processor core; cache coherence protocols in multiprocessor (multi-core) systems; algorithms for fast address translation with the help of Translation Lookaside Buffer (TLB); various technologies for multithreaded data processing; pipeline processing of the machine instructions stream; memory paging algorithms; cache mapping algorithms; cache replacement algorithms; etc. The main functions and features of each model are considered. An important advantage of the proposed simulating complex is the ability to vary the parameters of models of specific computer devices, which makes it possible to explore the resource/time characteristics of data processing by computer system devices.
The purpose of the article is to present an analytical system that allows users to process data necessary for an industrial risk analysis and management, to monitor the level of industrial safety in a given site, and to fulfil essential tasks within the field of occupational safety. This system’s implementation will make the industrial safety management at industrial sites more effective. Multifactorial, probabilistic, determined models of accidents’ hazard and severity indexes are integrated into the computing core of the Information and Analytical System. Then, statistical methods determine the risk assessment of occupational injuries and diseases. The Information and Analytical System for Hazard Level Assessment and Forecasting Risk of Emergencies in the Republic of Kazakhstan allows users to work efficiently with large volumes of information and form a united analytical electronic report about the state of industrial safety. The main objective of the monitoring system is to conduct a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the state of accidents, traumas and occupational sickness rates at industrial sites, the results being classified by the degree of hazard and insalubrity of manufacture. The introduction of the computer monitoring system in the specialized services of the Emergency Management Committee and the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and at industrial enterprises throughout the country, will allow users to analyse the state of the industrial and occupational safety constantly and objectively; as a consequence, the implementation will go a long way towards comprehensively approaching the task of increasing safety levels at industrial sites.
