Экономические санкции против России и российские антисанкции: издержки и выгоды конфронтации
This monograph is a continuation of the monograph "Economic Sanctions Against Russia: Expectation and Reality", published by the publishing house Knorus in 2017. It was prepared within the framework of the research project on the state task of the University for 2017 (approved by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation on March 7, 2017 No. 1508p-P17) on "Economic sanctions against Russia: ways to minimize damage and overcome autarky" (VTK-GZ-23 -17).
The monograph deals with the history of sanctions from the economic and legal points of view. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the costs and benefits of both the country imposing sanctions and the target country. The historical approach to the analysis of the problem makes it possible to single out the general and special in economic sanctions against Russia and Russian anti-sanctions. The influence of sanctions on the functioning of the Russian financial system, the oil and gas industry, the defense industrial and agricultural complex is considered.
