The problem of developing agency has become an active topic among the tasks of modern education. Setting and solving such a problem requires the availability of an accessible assessment tool that could be used to track the effects of certain educational practices, as well as to understand the level of influence on personal results. For this purpose, the Agency Scale was developed for students aged 11-18. The article presents the developed test “Agency Scale”, which was tested on a sample of 4 889 students in grades 5-11. The results of the psychometric measurements and test validation are described.
