Sustainable development of transport and related logistics activities, as being a part of international business, is becoming one of the major tendencies worldwide. It increases social responsibility of companies involved through reasonable resource consumption and lean approach to exceeding logistics costs. Logistics includes many activities with indicators comparing planned values with actual results. There are several methods of indicators assessment: based on mathematical models ones, conceptual frameworks and others. Nevertheless there is still a perspective for further investigation in terms of systematic approach to efficiency assessment of sustainable development.
