Учительские сообщества: самоорганизация и влияние
This article is to present the results of the research study of a school teachers' professional self-organization, and socio-economic status of the professional group. A presence and activity of public professional organizations, their input in activity in the interests of professional group are studied. Level of teachers’ involvement into professional organization, their real practices, expectations about social role and activities of the organization are examined. The conducted research demonstrates rather higher level of teachers’ participation in professional organizations, but the actual influence of these organizations is limited. Their activity is mostly concentrated in the solution of the problems within professional group, but not with the other professional groups, state and local community.
