The present article analyzes global values and developmental goals for the humankind in worldview terms and is the result of long-term empirical, economic, political, and philosophical studies. The authors suggest and apply a new methodology that allows defining a new paradigm for the developmental forecasting. The application of the new approach enables us to reveal the laws of societal development and propound a new model of sustainable development via defining the humanity’s ultimate goals. The main results of this study consist in understanding of the conditions for achieving the ultimate goal for Russia and for the world in general as well as justifying a long-term strategy for sustainable global development.
