The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of Leftist Globalist political and cultural concepts on the transformation of traditional values in contemporary Europe. Using the example of the activities of European analytical centers and the dissemination of the concept of an ‘‘open society’’, the mechanisms of changing ideas about the family, national identity, religious tradition and political sovereignty are considered. Special attention is paid to the relationship between the meta-political attitudes of the European elites and the formation of the strategic subjectivity of Europe. In the final part, a conceptual model of the value foundations of European subjectivity is proposed, including cultural continuity, political sovereignty and the preservation of civilizational diversity, an example of which is given on the basis of current regulatory documents of the Russian Federation.
