Оценка перспектив развития российской угольной промышленности
Ensuring economic growth of the Russian economy is one of the debated issues in science and the business community. Effective tools and management technologies for intensifying the development of various industries and productions are being actively researched. These issues are of particular importance in the context of the development of the coal mining industry, which plays a key role in the Russian and global energy sector not only from the point of view of providing resources for related industries and creating jobs, but also from the point of view of the environmental agenda - in the process of burning coal during its use in the energy sector emissions of toxic substances and coal dust into the atmosphere are formed, and the dumps formed during the coal mining process are potential carbon storage facilities. The purpose of the study is to analyze the intermediate results of the implementation of the long-term program for the development of the Russian coal industry, the influence of external factors on the development prospects of the industry, its investment attractiveness, which determines the likelihood of an influx of investment resources to ensure further growth. The results of the study are presented in the form of an assessment of the main effects of the implementation of the 2030 Program, a strategic study of the growth prospects of the Russian coal industry in the context of declining industry income due to changes in logistics schemes, the winding down of long-term contracts for the supply of fossil fuels, restrictions on investments in traditional energy projects, and anti-Russian sanctions. To achieve this goal, methods of generalization, systematization, structural, situational, system analysis, dialectical approach, analysis of statistical indicators reflecting the dynamics of industry development in the light of the implemented Program were used. Further research will be aimed at assessing the feasibility of the 2035 Program in terms of goals, designated ways to achieve them, predicted results, and harmonization of the interests of all stakeholders.
