Китайское присутствие в Латинской Америка: цели и мотивы

The article examines the approaches of China to the development of relations with the countries of Latin America. The importance of them for China has been continuously growing since the late 1990s, as China has become a global economic power. China is implementing a comprehensive and well-coordinated strategy for developing ties with Latin American countries in the economic, political, and military spheres. The Chinese strategy is aimed at building an extensive network of bilateral agreements, with particular emphasis on new free trade zones agreements. In the future, the political aspects of cooperation will become increasingly important.
