The COVID-19 pandemic is a strong stress factor and could not but affect the quality of life, socio-economic and subjective well-being of people. This is confirmed by a number of recent studies. However, in the age of digitalization, the negative impact of the stressors associated with the perceived threat of COVID-19 may be mitigated. This study examines the role of ICT in maintaining the subjective well-being of Russians during the coronavirus pandemic. An empirical study was conducted in 2021 during the next phase of anti-COVID restrictions. This study used online survey tools to collect data from 300 respondents from Russia.
