The article shows that the artistic image is inseparable from the content, in relation to which it acts as a form. The nature of images is determined not only by peculiarities of language and artistic conception, embody means of language, but of the reality.The author describes how the official propaganda in every way slighted private owners, forming in the public consciousness the image of the exploiter and the class enemy. And at the end of the 1920s there was a unification of the satirical approaches because of the worsening foreign policy situation, the struggle against the Soviet bureaucracy and the advent of private owners around the "socialist front".
The article investigates the cross-ethnic perception of the stereotypes of business communication, with Russians and people of other nationalities as subjects. Determinants of the stereotype formation, as well as differences in the perception of these stereotypes by the Russians and their non-Russian counterparts were identified.
This article describes the results of sociological research on estimation of condition and development prospects of federalism in Russia, which was conducted by ZIRCON Research Group in January - May 2011. The opinion of population and elite groups of four regions about the foundations of Russian federalism development, administrative-territorial system of the Russian Federation and its principles, relations between subjects-regions and federative centre is presented. The results of the research indicate that at the moment a request for political and administrative autonomy of the subjects of the Federation is not obviously formulated by either citizens or regional elite groups. Regional identity is not a common phenomenon. The authors mark out necessary factors of federalism development: expansion of economic self-dependence of regions, existence of ethno-national or regional identity of citizens, democratization and decentralization.
In an article written on the basis of a scientific paper describes the current status of nepovezane with respect to a dispute between the "objectivist" and "subjectivity" on its essence and prospects. The author identifies key trends in the study of the new economic policy in the 2000's.: a reassessment of Soviet historiography, folding regional research schools, updating the history of everyday life of the 1920s, mass moods and behavior. It is the reference to the history of everyday life contributes to the process of formation of uniform fields of historiography bourgeoisie issues.

Based on the data of European Social Survey we made a research of the opinion of the middle class on the welfare and social assistance, the main functions of the state in resolving a number of social issues in different countries with different models of social policy. The results of investigation showed that the population's vision of the role of the government in solution of the social problems, as well as of its general functions is different in various countries. Besides we can speak about a certain difference of attitudes of the middle class and working class regarding the social support program.
