In paper we analyze of concerns about the prospects of master’s programs in Russian universities and some possible solutions. Performed of the analysis will be complemented by the results of the comparative study of professional identity of students master’s and bachelor’s programs.
The article discusses main content and process-oriented components of the training program for counselors of existential-analytical orientation within the framework of the NRU HSE Master’s program. Students who successfully completed this training program are able to practise with the university counseling center upon obtaining their Master’s degree.
After the mass protests that took place in 2011–12 and the annexation of Crimea in 2014, all of the negative tendencies that have existed in Russia's judicial system became more prominent, while the few positive tendencies have largely disappeared. Acquittal has become even rarer than it already was, even as the courts' tendency to hand down sentences short of incarceration has been reversed.
