Use of art materials while painting with watercolors is being revealed in the article, as well as their main characteristics. This information is vital for development of future arts teachers' professionalism and is useful in the process of graphic literacy teaching at school. Watercolor painting and application of enthralling creative methods richens lessons and develops scholars in aesthetic way, brings up their sense of art.
Studying of color palette in watercolor painting is being reported in the following article. To create an expressive image, out of the real world colors the artist chooses those that match his thoughts, feelings and artistic solution of a painting. Examples of tasks are being offered which help with the studying of color palette and auspiciously influence development of creative abilities, creative thinking of students, pupils and scholars.

According to various estimates global GDP is about 60-70 trillion dollars, at the same time the costs of logistics in the world accounts for 12 trillion dollars per year. These figures are comparable to costs associated with armaments, public health service and other important areas of human activity.
Consequently, the search of practical ways and development of effective mechanisms for reducing logistics costs is a major problem, the solving of which will improve efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Thus, the purpose of this paper is the development of methods and models for EOQ calculation in supply chains as well as development of matrix of decision-making for the design of new modified EOQ models, designed to optimize logistics costs of companies in supply chains.

In this work the problem of learning and development of creativity with a view to the position of reflexive psychology, akmeology and pedagogics in the context of the human capital analysis in the conditions of modern society globalization is raised. The theme is urgent from the practical point of view in demand of a creative personality under conditions of the economic crisis and at the same time it is actual, because it interprets creativity in a new way according to interdisciplinary approach. The author emphasizes that a reflexively-creative potential is considered to be the backbone factor of professional and innovative activity in modern social space. On basis of philosophical foundations' analysis of psychology of creativity we theoretically build the conceptual model of reflexive creativity and we also examine the precedents of its psychology-pedagogical development in the secondary and high education (in case of reflexive-psycological support).
