Самораскрытие как проявление индивидуальности в межличностных отношениях
Personality presentation problem has not been defined in terms of interpersonal relationships in Russian psychology. Self presentation varies in differing levels beginning from the socio-psychological up to the individual level, taking into account either the image of the individual with his personal traits or the image of the social group. At the level of interpersonal relationship reveal anself comprises emotional stability, agreeableness, self-consciousness, openness to self-dialogue. In practice self-presentation is a key piece of a person's social experience, which is very important for his professional activity.
The article is focused on the subjec-matter of activity mediation of interpersonal relationships. In contrast with functional-role and personal-emotional ones it is determined by orientation of people's activity towards "universal "I" and by logic of the "object". Levels-layers of intragroup relationships determined by the goal of collaborative activity, personal-business relationships, private emotional-personal relationships are described. The reasons for qualitative difference between activity-mediated relationships in a collectivity and activity-mediated relationships in a corporation as well as the potential of activity-mediated relationships to "warm up" private emotional relationships in a group are analyzed. Phenomena and peculiarities in life of a group revealed by the author of activity mediation theory are related to categories of transactional analysis and the other systems of counseling psychology. That gives the way to the special - personological - approach to the further research.
From the point of view of personology and reflexive psychology we analyze the problems of aim forming self-attitude development with the help of reflection towards self-individuality. We characterize the phenomenology of a person's self-communication as a precondition for reflexive development of a creative individuality's self-attitude. The forming process of productive aim forming self-attitude towards self-individuality is examined on the material of reflexive and psychological analysis of life creativity of an outstanding writer and thinker M. M. Zoschenko.
This manuscript explores alternatives to the currently dominant model of political identification with a nation (nation-state), namely versions of civilizational, cosmopolitan and identification. In the course of the research author concludes that transnational identification can not become a solution to the problem of “identity crisis” for large political communities. However, the theoretical investigation of this form of identification may be relevant to the life strategies of single individuals who face existence under the dominant political order of the nation-state, despite the fact that their practices in a global world has already gone beyond national borders.

It analyses polysemantic terms the subject, the personality, the selfhood and which form sincrets for example subjectivity of selfhood and etc. It reconstructs interpretation of these terms by G.G. Shpet, S.L. Rubinshtein, B.M. Teplov, A.N. Leontiev, etc. It affirms that the main theme of psychological investigation is the personality. On the ontological plane we have two ways of personality: down - to the subject - to a function or to collection of functions, to subject; and up - to the selfhood - to an ideal, to the limit of self-construction, to spirituality and freedom.
