In the article the results of research of damage to agricultural land and the factors shaping damages are presented; methodological approaches were proposed to estimate the magnitude of damage caused as a result of application of fertilizers, their transportation, compression of soils. The obtained results give the opportunity to the evaluation of agricultural lands take into account the negative effect on them of human activities.
