The approach to information system development with domain specific languages is described. DSL-toolkit allows extending business process description languages by risks description tools.
It is difficult to imagine an enterprise, company, firm, an education organizations or organizations of health which does not deal with information systems. The openness and flexibility of the information systems provide a flexible and effective management. So it is necessary to adapt information system to new conditions being changed and to team up with other systems, with simulation system, for example. So it is possible change business processes, to execute their reengineering and to anticipate the conse-quences of any event and to take into account the different risks.
An Approach to Business Process Reengineering Based on the Integration of Methods of Processes Mining and Domain Specific Modelling Abstract: An approach to business process reengineering on the basis of integration of DSM platform and Process Mining tools is offered. Implementation of the integrated tools allows to reduce laboriousness of analysts work, to provide close rapport between specialists.
Different ways of the visual model descriptions formalization are considered. The hypergraph with poles is offered as a new formal model for graphic languages creation. This model provides possibility of definition and implementation of new visual languages and it gives a basis for realization of operations over the models constructed with these languages. The suggested model is an extension of the graph with poles concept for considering specifics of graphics editors implementation for the DSM platforms. The language toolkits include means of languages definition and tools for models creation, but components for model transformations are the most important in modern DSM platform. New formal model provides flexible tools for decomposition and detailing of models and language transformations feasibility.
Abstract: An approach to reengineering business processes through the integration of the domain specific modeling platform and Process Mining tools is described. An analysis of the existing approaches to business processes improvement is presented and restrictions are shown. The Process Mining methods are related to business process reengineering stages and tasks. Comparative analysis of Process Mining tools is executed. The advantages of the using of domain specific modeling tools (language workbenches, DSM platforms) are substantiated. Brief comparison of various visual languages notations and model transformation examples are described. The DSM platform ensures mutual understanding between specialists. The MetaLanguage DSM platform is the basis of integration tools. Some DSL (metamodels) are described and transformations are illustrated. The implementation of integrated tools reduces the complexity of analyst’s work. The manual is intended for students of Department of computer engineering MIEM HSE. In the textbook based on the courses "Economics of firm" and "the development strategy of the organization." The paper provides a number of proposed draft operational guidelines for technology measurement and includes a number of tentative technology definitions to be used for statistical purposes, principles for identification and classification of potentially growing technology areas, suggestions on the survey strategies and indicators. These are the key components of an internationally harmonized framework for collecting and interpreting technology data that would need to be further developed through a broader consultation process. A summary of definitions of technology already available in OECD manuals and the stocktaking results are provided in the Annex section.
Over the last two decades national policy makers drew special attention to the implementation of policy tools which foster international cooperation in the fields of science, technology, and innovation. In this paper, we look at cases of Russian-German collaboration to examine the initiatives of the Russian government aimed at stimulating the innovation activity of domestic corporations and small and medium enterprises. The data derived from the interviews with companies’ leaders show positive effects of bilateral innovative projects on the overall business performance alongside with major barriers hindering international cooperation. To overcome these barriers we provide specific suggestions relevant to the recently developed Russian Innovation Strategy 2020.
