This article describes a special computer system which was created, in particular, to
develop communication competence and soft skills of primary school students. A potential
and ways to apply for development of students interaction in the meaning of particular
subjects arc discussed. We suggest alternative (out-of-class) ways to develop these skills
and derivatives with modem computer technologies, which is designed to organize of
learning activities and to increase of efficiency children and teachers interaction.
