The paper describes the study design, aimed at creating a full generalized orientational basis of action for problem situation analysis and its further transformation to task. Substantiates the approach to build a universal analysis model to analyze wide range of problem situations, regardless of context and subject fields. There described a problem situation analysis model used as bases for developing full generalized orientational basis of action for problem situation transformation to task, regardless of context and substantive content of the original problem.
This article describes new work motivation diagnostics procedure, which presupposesproblem tasksolution. Conditions of the task make respondent reflect and evaluate the majority of his/her motives. It is shown that experimental data received in an interval scale.
Following methods were used: unfinished proposals V.B. Olshansky, test of life meaning orientations D.A. Leontiev, the evaluation of five-year intervals A.A. Kronik and group and individual interviews. The data indicate the presence of a number of characteristics inherent in varying degrees all homeless people. The data obtained can be used to build an effective program of psychological re-socialization of homeless people.
