Педагоги в поисках баланса. Последствия перехода школ на дистанционное обучение
The coronavirus pandemic has led to the forced self-isolation of pupils, parents and school teachers. The only opportunity to complete the school year was the transition of schools to distance learning. The article analyzes the change in the balance of working and personal time of school teachers that occurred as a result of this transition. Based on the results of surveys conducted by the authors of the article, as well as the results of other studies, priority problems and threats perceived by teachers were identified. As the main threat, teachers consider the increase in the amount of work in the new conditions. The article analyzes the reasons that caused a radical redistribution of the working and personal time of teachers, offers possible solutions to this problem and gives practical recommendations.
