Эффективность освоения систем роботизированного доения
The article considers the implementation efficiency of voluntary milking systems in the North-West of Russia. It was noted in our and other industry experts' studies that the milk cost when milking in the milking rooms and robots is lower than on tethered content system and milking in the milk line. Analysis of the effectiveness of investment in the construction of new dairy complexes, taking into account only the savings of the labor of production personnel, shows that the effectiveness of investment costs in robotic milking is inferior on this indicator than in high-performance milking parlors.Taking into account the depreciation on robots relative to the milking parlor, the cost advantages depended not only on investment costs, but also on the depreciation method and the achieved production results, in particular the productive longevity of cows in the analyzed farms of the North-West of Russia.High efficiency of robots is achieved when farms choose the strategy making the most use of their advantages, namely the possibility of stage-by-stage modernization or construction, no need for localization of livestock, the realization of opportunities to increase the period of productive economic use of highly productive cows. An additional advantage of milking robots, which has yet to be implemented by the majority of farms in the industry, is improving the quality of decisions making on the basis of expanding of the collected and analyzed information completeness for each animal that forms databases. The development of digital technologies improves the accuracy of data analysis, creates the possibility of algorithmization and partial automation of works of specialists and production personnel.The combination of technologies in farms with stage-by-stage modernization and installation of robots in current conditions, especially for medium-sized farms in North-West Russia experiencing difficulties in competing for soft loans and CAPEX with mega-complexes of the Black Earth Zone and the South of Russia, ensures the competitiveness of milk in costs and quality as evidenced by the experience of farms in Vologda region.
