Эффективность технологической модернизации молочного скотоводства

The article considered tendencies, problems and ways of increasing the economic efficiency of technological modernization processes with the purpose of providing extended reproduction in dairy cattle. Factors determining high production and economic results of farms that have modernized in Leningrad Region are revealed. Regional peculiarities determining the optimal scale of production and location of livestock facilities during the modernization of production and new construction are determined. Analysis of production and economic results of technological solutions options for the modernization of cattle maintenance systems and cow milking systems revealed a high efficiency of reconstruction and modernization of existing production. Reduction of investment load due to construction works allows farms to increase the volume of investments in feed production, ensuring the growth of volumes and high quality of feeds of own harvesting at low current costs. The increase in the volume and the expansion of the range of information analyzed when making investment decisions and organizing production in dairy cattle, including regional and local conditions for the production of feed, is an indispensable condition for increasing the profitability of production and investment when transferring the dairy herd to unrestrained maintenance, milking cows in milking parlors and Milking robots, modernization of the tethered content system and milk lines. Increasing the accuracy of the assessment of full economic costs in making decisions about the development of technologies of different scale, productivity, «innovation», capital intensity, resource intensity, «manageability», taking into account regional and local features, predicted changes in the external environment for the industry, requires increased costs at the pre-project stage of investment projects development.
