Contemporary global transformations and the increased capabilities of the destabilizing interference into the domestic affairs of the sovereign countries on behalf of the states that relate themselves to the “collective West” phenomenon is facilitated by the worldwide expansion of the digital integrated communications. All that increases the opportunities for the political manipulations and puts forward the issue of the new risks for Russia not only from the point of view of foreign policy potential but also from the point of view of the domestic social modernization. The key risk is the possibility of undermining of Russia legitimacy as a sovereign state and stability of its socio-political system as theresult of the targeted policy of the US and its satellites for the erosion of the principles of the national sovereignty with the new global manipulation technologies that utilize the domestic social and political fractures.
