Здоровье работников: вопросы абсентеизма и презентеизма (обзор литературы)
The international labour organization notes the widespread change in the socialization of work, the increasing tension of modern working life, which in turn requires the adaptation of workers to changing working conditions, adversely affects their health and job satisfaction. As a result, in most economically developed countries, issues aimed at preserving the health and working capacity of the working population are becoming more urgent. The paradigm itself is changing-from the treatment of diseases to prevention, to the formation of health-saving behavior and commitment to health.
In this situation, the important role of the phenomenon of presenteeism and absenteeism, the management of which can significantly affect the health of workers and their productivity. It seems expedient to concentrate efforts on solving the problems of reducing presenteeism and absenteeism, finding ways to integrate them into the enterprise management strategy, reviewing the priorities of preventive measures with a shift in emphasis on the management of individual health. International experience shows the success of this approach, implemented to improve working conditions, improve the quality of life of employees in the framework of Health Management programs.
