Дислексия и проблема Платона-Хомского

The article deals with the problem of dyslexia, i.e. specific learning disability that is neurobiological in origin. The author discusses the mutual influence between theory and practice: how the knowledge of language theory could help in developing remedial programs for dyslexic children and how studying of cases of pathology in written language acquisition can add value to contemporary theory of language and how it can improve the knowledge about brain mechanisms associated with language.
