The idea of this article is to analyse V.D. Shadrikov’s scientific work in the field of psychology. V.D. Shadrikov is Doctor of Psychology, Professor, fellow of the Russian Academy of Education. The article briefly covers his fundamental publications on activity, abilities, human inner world. The problems he touches upon his publications are considered in the context of evolution of education. Shadrikov V.D. develops the methodology of systematic genesis approach in psychology. He shows that the systematic genesis paradigm opens new aspects in fundamental and applied psychology. This paradigm gives the opportunity to carry out research on a new level.
