Психологическая безопасность личности и стресс у сотрудников бизнес-организаций
Given the highly dynamic and uncertain nature of modern business, examining the factors that influence employees' professional functioning has become increasingly important. Stress and psychological safety are among these factors. Objective. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between the severity of stress symptoms and the level of psychological safety among employees of Russian business organizations. Method. A survey of respondents (N = 70) was conducted using the "Psychological Safety Assessment" (I. V. Prikhodko) and the "Stress Symptom Inventory" (V. A. Ivanchenko, M. A. Ivanchenko, and T. P. Ivanchenko). Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and regression analysis were employed. Results. Correlation and regression analyses revealed a statistically significant negative relationship between the level of psychological safety and stress (r = –0.491, p < 0.001; β = –0.491, p < 0.001). Differences in the severity of stress symptoms were identified among groups of employees with low, medium, and high levels of psychological safety. Regression analysis demonstrated that psychological safety makes a statistically significant contribution to explaining variations in stress levels. Value of results. The findings deepen the understanding of the relationship between stress and psychological safety among employees.
