«Владычествование Homo sapiens над Землей»: утопия или неизбежность?

In the coming millennium, the transformation of our world has become a matter
of global concern. The first attempts to move in this direction were unsuccessful.
The globalization of economic activity is being replaced by the formation of relatively
autonomous macroregions. But it would be a mistake to assume on this
basis that joint dominion over the entire planet is impossible in principle. The article
is devoted to the topic of Homo sapiens dominion over the Earth as it is presented
on the first pages of the Holy Scriptures and through the eyes of the athe -
ist Karl Marx. The discussion of the topic is preceded by a description of two
alternative approaches to the consideration of causality in the temporal aspect –
intertemporal and timeless. In the first case, possible causal connections between
events that differ in time of their existence are studied, and an answer is sought
to the question of the cause of a particular event. The second one examines
the reasons for the existence of specific properties of certain things and seeks
an answer to the question of the reasons for their existence. Dominion is a managerial
phenomenon of both an event – based type, since it includes decisionmaking
and their subsequent implementation, as well as an inherent one. Therefore,
an adequate consideration of the stated research topic requires a comprehensive
examination of both aspects of causality.
