Проблемы и перспективы сбора и трассировки требований в проектах развития
This paper analyzes concepts, methods, and techniques for collecting and tracing requirements in project management. It presents a detailed classification of requirements and compares various approaches to their collection and tracing. This study revealed that, despite the extensive study of requirements collection in project management in both scientific and applied literature, virtually all current recommendations and methods for collecting project requirements contain significant shortcomings related to the lack of guidance on formalizing project tasks. The paper demonstrates that the lack of approaches, methods, and rules for formalizing project tasks results in insufficient quality of collected requirements and proposes an approach to formalizing project tasks. This approach improves the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of project requirements.
