Правовое наследие Золотой Орды в Сибирском ханстве
T he article is an attempt to find out if the Siberian Khanate of 15th–16th centuries was a heir of state and legal traditions of the Golden Horde. The legal monuments are studied as well as other historical sources contained legal information. T he results of researches and positions of scholars since the 18th–19th centuries to the present are also taken into ac count. Some aspects of legal history of the Siberian Khanate are analyzed such as status of khans, system of central and regional authorities, state regulation of trade, taxes and duties, specific features of criminal and penal law, court and proceedings. Author finds that Golden Horde state and legal institution were not widely used in the Siberian Khanate because of specific features of political development of Siberia, wide using of local legal traditions among aboriginal inhabitants, and this specificity existed even since the Golden Horde times
