Новые номинации мужчин в молодежном сленге

The article is devoted to modern youth slang, namely to the nominations of men that have appeared most recently: ank, masik, normis, sigma, skuf, tubik, chechik, shtrikh. It is noted that the words masik, tubik, chechik, shtrikh are often discussed together on the Internet and have common semantic and pragmatic characteristics. They denote types of men according to their suitability for romantic and sexual relationships with women. Thus, these words reflect a female view of men, and a female voice sounds in youth slang. As a game, these types are applied to famous literary and film characters.

Another feature of modern slang has become a negative rethinking of normality in the words chechik and normis.

The active life of youth slang on the Internet leads to the emergence of a large number of memes with them, which can be designated as a “meme” trail, primarily visual. Finally, it should be noted that the descriptions of jargon on the Internet are of a “package” nature, that is, they are not interpretations or even descriptions of a type, but a description of his behavior and preferences in various situations.
