The article is focused on the main results of the scientific and theoretical conference held on February 28 on the theme “Traditional spiritual and moral values and human rights in the era of digitalization and artificial intelligence”.
As the most important problem, the organizers and participants of the event chose a scientific and theoretical
understanding of human rights and other traditional spiritual and moral values, fixed in Decree of the President of the
Russian Federation No. 809 dated 19.11.2022 “On Approval of the Foundations of State Policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values” in the context of modern challenges – digitalization and the development of artificial intelligence. The article reflects some of the results of the discussion of legal, religiousanthropological, moral, political and ethical-legal aspects of the safe use of artificial intelligence, the problems of finding legal principles and priorities of legal policy that allow creating conditions for the spiritual, cultural and socio-economic unity of Russian society in the digital age.
